Hi, my name is Tyrique Chin Hon Foei. I am a 20 years old Game Art student at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

 

Here are a couple of questions that will define who I am:

 

How would I describe myself?

Optimistic, Balanced and Efficient.

 

How did you get into a creative education like this?

Well, it probably started when I was little. I always loved drawing. Although I started drawing mostly Pokemon characters and dragons, I still wanted to make this into something serious. An architect. Yes, that was my dream job back then.

Since a couple of years ago, I discovered my love for the art in games.

Concluding, I started following the education called "Game Art".

 

What are your hobbies right now?

Drawing (mostly traditional, sometimes digital)

Gaming

Watching movies and listening to music

Sports (Karate in particular)

Expanding my horizon by learning new languages and facts about other cultures

Thinking about the things surrounding us (Philosophy)

 

What are you planning to become?

I hope I can find my way through the endless possibilities that the gaming industry has to offer. In other words, I would like to find a job where I can express my creativity in all kinds of ways.

Concept art is the main objective
